Please note: All our items are handmade to order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your items to be crafted before they are dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your beautiful handmade pieces! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

Custom & Personalised Orders: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalised items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
